Niecy Nash Bio, Age
She was born in Compton, California, on February 23, 1970. She spent her first years in St. Louis Missouri, where she discovered her life dream at the age of 5. Niecy graduated from California State University.
Niecy is very passionate about the impact of violence on society after almost losing her mother who was shot by her boyfriend. Her mother later recovered from her injuries, but this was not to be the last gunshot violence in the family. In 1993, her brother Michael lost his life through gun violence. Nash had to sit back and watch her mother sink into depression. She found creative ways to help her mother get out of her depression. She told her jokes and soon realized she had a hidden talent for comedy.
Her mother then founded M.A.V.I.S. (Mothers against violence in schools). The program aims to inform the public about the violence and dangers that students face on campus. Niecy is currently the national spokesperson for M.A.V.I.S. (Mothers against violence in schools).

Nash then hit the comedy world hard, using her comedic skills as the host of the aforementioned Clean House, and in 2008 she appeared alongside Jerry O’Connell in her very own sitcom Do Not Disturb. It was a shame that the series was short-lived, but Nash didn’t look like she was going to slow down. In 2010 she showed her fans a different side of herself by joining the dance series “Dancing with the stars”. Two years after this performance she appeared in the TV comedy “The Soul Man” with Cedric the entertainer. But in 2015 she changed her acting spectrum a little bit by appearing in the horror-comedy “Scream Queens” with Emma Roberts and James Lee Curtis.
